Unopened Packages: Freeze for up to 12 weeks or until the indicated expiration date.

Opened Packages: Transfer to an airtight container to keep fresh. Refrigerate and consume within 4 days; refreeze only once.

Our recipes remain safe in the freezer for up to 3 months or until the expiration date on the packaging. After thawing, the food will stay fresh in the refrigerator up to 4 days. If you have any doubts, give it a smell and discard it if it seems off.

All our recipes contain complete and balanced nutrients; however, they are not intended as a solution for specific health issues, like gut, kidney, and other health problems. If your dog has any specific health issues, it’s always best to consult your veterinarian to find the right approach for their unique health needs.

Defrost the pack for at least 30 minutes. For a warm meal, soak it in warm water for 3-5 minutes or microwave for 30 seconds. Serve thawed if your dog prefers it cold.

To maintain the food’s freshness, it's best to refrigerate or freeze the packs as soon as you receive them. If left at room temperature for over 8 hours, the packs should still feel cool to the touch. However, avoid exposing them to direct sunlight to prevent spoilage.

We believe that a fresh food diet is a long-term commitment to your dog's health, not just a single meal. To ensure consistency and optimal nutrition, we offer our meals in convenient pack bundles. This approach allows your dog to gradually transition to a fresh diet and continuously benefit from our high-quality, balanced meals without the need for one-off purchases.

Only the following cases will be eligible for a replacement:

1. Damaged Packaging
If your dog’s food arrives with damaged or leaking packaging that might affect its freshness or quality, we will replace it right away.

2. Wrong Item
If you receive an item that isn’t what you ordered, we will send you the correct one the next day (except Sundays).

3. Expired
We make sure all of our meals arrive fresh and well within their expiration dates. If you receive a product that is expired or too close to the expiration date (expiration days less than the number of packs you received), let us know, and we’ll send you a new batch.

4. Quality Concerns
We want every meal to meet your standards, so if there’s anything unusual—like an odd color, smell, or texture—just reach out, and we’ll happily replace it.

5. Missing Items
If anything is missing from your order, we’ll make it right and send you the missing product as quickly as we can.

Replacement Process
If you need a replacement, please send an email to hello@nala.com.ph. Our customer care team will review your request and determine eligibility. Be sure to include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and attach both a photo and a video (for example, if the packaging is damaged or the product appears defective). After receiving your request, we will promptly evaluate it. If your claim is approved, a replacement will be dispatched the next day (excluding Sundays; replacements will be sent on the following Monday). If the item is out of stock, we will provide either a similar product or a special voucher as an alternative.
